Short version: we never store your statement, and it isn't used to train AI.

We don't store your file

Your PDF is processed in memory to extract the transactions and is then discarded. We do not save it to disk or a database, and we do not log its contents. The downloaded spreadsheet is generated for you on the spot — we keep no copy of your data.

How the extraction works

To read your statement, the document is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) purely to perform the extraction. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models, and retains it only briefly for safety/abuse monitoring before deletion. We are pursuing a zero-retention configuration for the strongest possible guarantee.

What we keep

We keep aggregate, non-sensitive operational metrics (for example, how many pages were processed) to monitor cost and reliability. These never include the contents of your statement.

Sensitive information

Statements typically show only the last four digits of a card number — not the full number or security code. We still treat your document as sensitive financial information and handle it accordingly. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
